Link wheels
A link wheel is a system of websites that face each other in an attempt to improve rankings in Google’s organic search. The promoted site resides at the center of the link wheels. All other sites link back to the promoted site. The Google algorithm supposedly likes this set up because it looks natural. An authoritative site with stuff of quality naturally receives more links, Sites linking to the authoritative content naturally has a handful of links, but not as many as the authoritative site. It stimulates this natural look at the internet. Anybody who has began an online business or blog understands the difficulty in starting. It is hard to develop a readership if people can not find your blog. Any links that are easy to find are going to be almost worthless. The wheel creates a small portion of the internet that looks very natural; the problem is taking the time or spending the money to set up an artificial wheel. Instead of building it, tap into the larger wheel. We should always create unique and valuable content that begs to be linked to. Monitor want content on your blog or site has done well. Search Google for the best wheel spokes to get links from. Email the masters behind the spokes and inform them your content exists and ask for a link.
